We will check your roof twice a year to evaluate its condition. We’ll clean your roof and make minor repairs. If we identify more serious problems that are not included in your maintenance plan, we’ll provide an estimate for correcting the problems.

We will inspect your roof and provide a report that describes the general condition of your roof. We will also provide an estimate for correcting any damage found. (Note: This is a surface inspection only, so no attic access is needed.)

We look for things that could require urgent repair. These include:

• Missing or loose shingles
• Deterioration in the shingle granules
• Cracks in the roofing materials
• Areas that are sagging
• Discoloration
• Damage around vents and chimneys
• Ponding water or other drainage issues

We’ll also evaluate the overall condition of your roof. We will make suggestions for repairs and maintenance that can extend the life of your roof.

If your roof is at the end of its lifespan, we will let you know what roof replacement options are available to you.
