We typically offer a one-year warranty on our workmanship for the repairs that we complete. If you find that you still have a leak and our subsequent visits show that additional repairs are needed to fix the problems, we will give you an estimate for the cost of the additional repairs.
Yes. We’ve found that every insurance company has a different process. So after you file a claim with your insurance company, call us to let us know if we will be working directly with your insurance company to arrange for your repairs. If so, we will need your claim information so we’ll be ready when your insurance company calls.
We encourage you to purchase our annual maintenance plan to make sure that regular preventative maintenance is done. Maintenance plans are available for both residential and commercial properties.
